Corporate social responsibility and ethical sourcing
PRIMA Leisure Ltd is committed to forging positive relationships with suppliers, customers, and our employees which is transparent, fair, and mutually beneficial.
As we grow, we are taking steps to engage with our direct supply chain to gain a quantifiable understanding of their sourcing practices. We seek continual improvement in our sourcing ethics, and encourage our partners to do the same.
PRIMA will never knowingly purchase from suppliers where there is evidence of slavery or unethical employment practice, and has set out minimum supplier requirements to meet the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work. When sourcing in China, we make unannounced visits to factories and inspect working conditions, dormitories, and heath and safety measures.
Every PRIMA employee is paid at least the National Living Wage, and we take active steps to deliver staff continual professional development and well-being in the workplace.
