Delivery

Product Availability and Delivery Estimates

When you place your order with us for products that are not in stock, we take payment upfront to secure your products with our suppliers.

We advertise an estimated despatch date on the product page, basket and checkout page to give you an indication when we expect the product to be ready to leave our warehouse.

If you select a courier option such as DPD or TNT, your order will usually be sent out using a next working day delivery service after we receive your product into our warehouse.

Split Deliveries

If some items in your order are out of stock, you can choose to split your order on the delivery page so that items are delivered as quickly as possible.

If you choose to have your items delivered as quickly as possible, you will pay for each separate delivery and this will be calculated and charged in the basket. Your order will be split into separate orders for each delivery.

Customer service advisors excellent - cannot help enough. The fuses plugging into this replacement board just dropped out onto the kitchen table - you can imagine what that would be like in transit. Rang Bailey Direct the next day and they dispatched another board straight away, with no extra charge. This is the second time I've rung Bailey Direct with a minor order query and the advisors cannot help enough. Brilliant customer service, wish other companies had the same approach.
