The CADAC BBQ mats are non-stick liners for your BBQ that allow you to cook without the use of cooking fats or oils, so food can be cooked perfectly and healthily with no burning. Perfect for frying or grilling meat, fish, and vegetables.
When you're ready to start cooking, simply place the CADAC BBQ Mat on top of your BBQ grid and add your food. Any fat will remain safely on the top instead of dropping down, reducing fat flare-ups and sauces caramelising to your grid.
As well as being perfect for BBQ meals such as burgers, sausages and chicken wings, you can also cook stir fry, eggs and even pancakes on the CADAC BBQ Mat 40, all without any oil! Foods cook in their juices for maximum flavour and you'll still get the traditional chargrill lines on your food!
After use, the CADAC BBQ mats can be cleaned easily, simply rinse with hot water or put in your dishwasher! To ensure long use, the use of plastic or wooden utensils is recommended.
