The Grill 2 Braai 40 is an alternative cooking surface in the 40-series and it fits the CADAC gas bbq Grillo Chef 40.
This lightweight CADAC braai and grill plate is capable of multiple cooking variations all in one place. Perfectly grill steaks, burgers, and fish on the ribbed side, while you fry eggs or vegetables on the flat side. With its 38cm diameter, the CADAC Grill 2 Braai 40 plate is capable of cooking enough portions for up to six people!
Unlike the CADAC Plancha Plate, the CADAC Grill Plate is solid; so that fat stays on the plate and does not drip into the fat pan below. This allows meats to stew in their own fats and lock those juices in.
The green grill ceramic coating is non-toxic and environmentally friendly, made from minerals rather than chemicals. This makes the Plancha plate more durable and resistant to scratching. The non-stick ceramic also makes the CADAC Plancha plate easy to clean with just warm soapy water.
The lightweight and modular design of the Plancha makes for easy change of other CADAC Grillo Chef accessories, as well as easy storage.
