1. Competition Terms and Conditions
Who can enter:
- Entrants must be 18 or over.
- The competition is open to anyone in any territory. However, delivery of prizes is offered within the UK only.
- One entry permitted per person per day; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Opening/closing date & time:
- Online entry will open at 00:00 on 01/12/19 and close at 23:59 on 12/12/19
Winner selection and contact:
- One winner is chosen per day. The winner will be randomly selected using an automated selection system. For the entrant to be included in this selection, they will be required to answer the question given correctly.
- Any winner from a previous day will be excluded from any following prize draws for the remainder of this competition.
- The winner will be drawn from the entries that accept the Terms and Conditions received for the duration of the day's competition (00:00 - 00:00)
- All prizes will be provided by Prima Leisure Accessories. The prize must be accepted as offered and no alternatives, including cash, will be offered.
- The prize will be sent out within three working weeks of the winners being contacted.
- If we do not receive a response with an address from the winner within 2 weeks of the draw, we reserve the right to select another winner at random.
How to enter:
- All entrants must supply their answer to the question, their name and contact details.
- A UK address will be needed in order to receive their price. Please read our privacy policy for more information on how your data is used. You can also read the Privacy Policy of Türchen.com who host the advent calendar on their servers and are a data processor on our behalf.
Further Terms and Conditions:
- In the event of circumstances arising outside of the promoter’s control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or change the promotion or any terms and conditions applicable to the promotion at any time without incurring any liability.
- The promoter(s) shall not be liable to perform any of its obligations under the promotion where it is unable to do so as a result of circumstances beyond its control and shall not be liable to compensate you in such circumstances.
- By entering this competition, the entrant is agreeing to the rules laid out within the terms and conditions of this competition.
- These Terms and Conditions are to be interpreted in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of these Terms or their subject matter is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
