Product description
Manufactured from the highest quality in house moulded parts and robust motors, this submersible pump is compact, lightweight and quiet. With credit to Whales 60 + years of expertise, this pump has been developed to be a high performance electric impeller pump with a high flow rate and long life.
Whales premium submersible pump is self-venting to eliminate air locking and can be dropped into a tank to pump out the contents.
It is an inexpensive way of updating a manual system to an electric system that is very quiet with a low power consumption 12v motor. It is ideal for pumping fresh water or salt water via 10mm or 13mm ID hose.
For the best performance:
Before switching on, place the pump in water and shake for a few seconds to release trapped air. This will ensure successful priming and should be repeated after refilling the water tank
- Maximum continuous operation should not exceed 15 minutes.
- Do not run pump dry as it will cause damage.
- It is recommended that the pump stands vertically in the tank.
- Add an in-line pump into a system to boost water flow.
