This cooking top has a GreenGrill non-stick ceramic coating, which is not only made from organic and non-toxic materials but is also more durable and scratch-resistant than normal non-stick coatings. Thanks to the ability to hold and distribute heat better, less gas is used when grilling.
When packing away, simply clean with some warm soapy water, dry and pack away in a storage bag ready for next use. With its 28cm cooking surface, this pan is especially handy when you have to cook for more people and is ideal for use on 30 series CADAC BBQs (Safari Chef range).
