Full product details

Product description

This caravan awning storm strap is a great addition to your camping gear and is indispensable when in strong winds and heavy rain. It's a brightly coloured strap that can be adjusted to different lengths, between 1.5 to 3 meters. The great thing about it is that it doesn't have any loose ends hanging around. It's really useful for securing your caravan awning during storms, and it can work with almost any awning available. You can also use it for tents or sun sails.

To use the TieStrap, you slide it into the rails of the awning using a special connector. Then, you anchor it to the ground with something called a Peggy Peg. The TieStrap has springs built into it that can absorb a lot of the strong wind. This makes the strap flexible and helps it handle strong winds without breaking. Unlike a regular storm strap, the TieStrap should be stretched away from the vehicle. This is good because it spreads the force of the wind across the entire length of the strong front bar made of aluminium.
